Ordering

We sell to businesses and individuals.

When placing an order inside the country of Sweden, please use our web-shop (in Swedish). You pick and click on the products you are interested in and add them to the shopping basket and follow the steps in in the checkout.

As soon we got your order you will receive a confirmation on your e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Are you ordering from another country outside Sweden? Please write an e-mail to info@coolis.se or use the contact form on the start page.

Payment

Coolis offers two payment options:

1. Payment in advance by deposit in our bank account (bankgiro) 629-2932. Use the alternative “Förskottsfaktura” in the shopping basket. We will then send you an invoice to your e-mail, normally within 24 hours.

2. Credit card using PayPal. You will temporally get to PayPals webpage (in English) where you can either create a own PayPal account or use the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and make the payment directly.

The cost for shipment will count and add automatically for your products for shipment inside Sweden. For orders outside Sweden, please contact us! If you live near Stockholm in Sweden you also can choose the option “Hämtas” for pick up the order at our warehouse.

All prices are in SEK (swedish krona) including 25% VAT

Shipping/Pick up

We use a forwarding agent when we ship the goods, usually the Swedish Post logistics. If the goods are lost or that you discover on receipt that the shipment is damaged, you should immediately notify the shipper. As soon the goods are on its way you will receive an sms or e-mail with the parcel number.

If you choose to collect your order at our warehouse in Danderyd (Stockholm), please note that the warehouse is not always staffed and you must book a time for pick up in advance.

The unclaimed deliveries or not collected supplies where costs are incurred to us as sellers, we may charge the customer for our costs.

Delivery time

We will process your order immediately after receiving payment and we have most of the products presented on the website in stock. If it is not in stock, delivery will be shown in order confirmation.

Shipping damage

Coolis can’t be responsible for the damage that may occur during transportation or if the product, or parts thereof, is lost. We urge you as a customer in this position to directly contact the shipper and document the damage with picture proof. Coolis will naturally assist you if a dispute arises. Our goal is that the goods shall be well packaged and reach you without any damage.

Complaints

If a product is faulty or defective please contact us for more detailed instructions within 14 days from the date you received the goods. In case of return of a consent, we will stand for the shipping and any replacement deliveries. The goods must be returned in original packaging with a copy of the order form and description of what is wrong. If goods are damaged or lost when you as a customer return it, you are responsible for payment.

Return policy

We apply the rules of the Sale of Goods Act. That is to say that you as a customer is entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product and provided that it is unused. If the goods are not returned in original packaging, we apply a charge of 2000 SEK.

Warranty

1 years, unless otherwise indicated. The warranty does not apply when the product was subjected to excessive wear, external force or when the machine is not cleaned and maintained in a proper manner according to the instructions. Nor does it apply when lightning or surges in the grid for products that have power.

Coolis supply the most parts in spare. For service and advice, please contact us.

Installation

Important to all of our products are installed in accordance with the instructions, as regards for the choice of space and ventilation. Connections to electricity, water and drain must installed by an specialist if uncertain.

Force Majeure

We are exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations in this Agreement if the failure is due to liberating circumstances as described below and the fact impedes, prevents or delays the performance. As the liberating factor to be considered among others. agency action or a failure, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, strikes, fire or flood, sabotage or accident of significant size. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions, warnings, ban on sale, etc.

Disclaimers

We reserve the right to clerical errors and changes in technical data that are beyond our control. For technical reasons, it may be difficult to reproduce the exact color shades.

The company have Swedish ”F-tax” certificate.
